JBC Bufete de Abogados & Abogado Caraccio Responde Al Corona Virus (COVID-19)

This is a serious situation and people are rightfully scared and concerned about the health and well-being of their families and loved ones. We understand that many people have lost their jobs or are suffering from other financial hardships as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We know that many of you have family, friends, and loved ones who are sick or who may have lost their lives during this awful crisis.

We would like to help those of you with questions and concerns about your immigration status, your pending immigration cases, or potential immigration consequences resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak. We would like to provide guidance to immigrants in the US who are suffering financially and are unsure of what benefits may be available to them or their families, who don't know how to apply for benefits, and who do not know accepting assistance during this terrible pandemic will affect their immigration status/pending immigration case/pending visa applications/future eligibility for immigration benefits/visas.

This page is a collection of links to government agency websites, agency policy memos, articles, other law firms and organizations, and any other helpful information & guidance relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
