Asylum is Time-Sensitive!

If an Application for Asylum is not filed within one year of entry into the US then it is untimely (with few exceptions) and your case will be much more difficult. Due to the time-sensitive nature of Asylum claims it is important you speak to an immigration attorney as soon as possible if you believe you may be eligible for Asylum or if you intend on requesting Asylum.

What if I'm Not Eligible for Asylum?

Even if you are not eligible for Asylum there may be other similar forms of relief available to you. You should speak with an immigration attorney to find out what your options are.

Email an attorney or schedule a free phone consultation today to discuss your eligibility for Asylum or to learn more about the process of applying for Asylum
